About Melissa Nungarrayi Larry and Design Inspiration
Melissa Nungarrayi Larry is from Nyirripi, a remote Aboriginal village in Australia's Northern Territory's Central Desert Region.
In 2006, she joined Warlukurlangu Artists and began painting. Melissa is a full-time artist who paints her Mother's Jukurrpa, Dreamings that have been passed down for millennia and are directly related to the land, its features, and the flora and animals that live there.
